Arbroath Islamic Community Centre
It is with immense gratitude that we announce the establishment of the Arbroath Islamic Community Centre. By the grace of Allah, we have been guided to establish the first Masjid in Arbroath and the broader Angus county. A close knit group of family & friends have united to acquire and renovate this blessed plot, intending to create a Masjid for the Muslim community in Arbroath and neighbouring towns.
Addressing a Vital Need:
The necessity for this endeavor is rooted in the escalating number of Muslim families, particularly refugees, who have made Arbroath their home. Regrettably, they lack a nearby space to congregate and practice their faith. While some existing Muslim families may manage to travel to Dundee for such purposes, it remains inaccessible to a significant portion of our community.
